NSA has been created to enable small and medium sized law firms to work more closely together by cooperating more in the conveyancing process and communicating effectively with their clients, Estate Agents and other property professionals.
NSA will also provide support to small and medium sized law firms to help them maximise efficiency and above all put their client’s needs at the forefront of the home buying process.
NSA encourages the public to engage their Solicitor at the beginning of the selling process so that any legal problems, be it title defects, or alterations without planning permission, can be ironed out before a buyer is found.
This won’t cost the seller any more than it would otherwise do, but it could help avoid delays later on when time is of the essence.
