NSA is not just about conveyancing, so whether you focus on mainstream activities like wills, probate, accident claims, or on aviation law, insolvency or intellectual property, you can still benefit from joining NSA.

NSA is not a Panel. It is a new proposition aimed at providing a framework within which competing law firms can, by co-operation, gain competitive advantage and provide an alternative to panel management.
Perhaps most importantly, NSA is beginning to build an organisation that will have the collective strength and determination to compete with the high street brand names that will be offering legal services in the near future by virtue of Legal Services Act.
The profession now has a small window of opportunity to cast aside ways of thinking that focus solely on their own practices and to begin looking at the bigger picture.
