Nationwide Solicitors Alliance
On The Road - October 08

The first NSA presentation took place at the Walker Stadium, Leicester on 16th October and attendance was strong from Solicitor practices from surrounding areas.

Delegates benefited from a thought provoking 1 hour CPD accredited presentation about ‘Streamlining and Surviving’ by Fiona Gregory a well known industry speaker, Fiona’s presentation was followed by Steve Battarbee and Tracy Thompson, NSA founder Directors who enlightened delegates on the benefits of the NSA proposition. Without doubt the most thought provoking topic was what the new organisation was going to do to reduce the ever increasing burden of PI premiums on small and medium sized practices. NSA confirmed this was very much one of its priorities for its members.

The event was deemed a success and resulted in the formation of 3 groups, including Binghams of Leicester, Curtis Parkinson of Nottingham and Edwards Hands & Lewis of Loughborough.

The event was sponsored by First Title Plc and Central Law Training, the former providing an overview of their on-line title insurance ordering portal and the latter of their soon to be launched networking initiative ‘HIVE’ for professionals in the legal and financial sector.
